Hey guys!

I've read at James Shortcuts-Version 2.0 and I just found out now that we also need the Authorization for Release of Federal tax Data???? And in I-864 of PART 7 it should be signed by petitioner and notarized?...I'm very confused now cause I only read about this now and that we need the Authorization for Release of fed.tax? and the part 7 of I-864 must be notarize?? Pls help me with this. To the VJ'rs who are done at NVC journey this year, did you sent the said Authorization for release of federal tax and the PART 7 had signed and notarized?? PLS HELP ME....

Thanks in advance

Part 7 need to signed, but no need notarization. You dont need authorization for release of fed.tax, but you will need 3 year tax transcript.

That's correct. The Authorization for Release of Federal tax Data is no longer needed and the I-864 no longer needs to be notarized.
