Filling fee problem

they said that vermont is the fastest service center but i guess they are wrong ....

Ok..let me start telling our story We got our receipt number last august 28,2008 but we got a problem because of the filling fee we took care of that as soon as we saw the message from the USCIS when we check our case...after that when we check our case after 2 weeks it says that they got the corrected Fee but its written there sept 26,2008..supposed to be its 5 months now if we dnt get a problem about filling fee..now we been waiting for 4 months and 3 days since sept 26,2008...does anybody here has the same situation like us??how long we have to wait???just really sad about this...i feel like we r riding into a lil worm that is sooooo slow.... I really miss my baby and i just wanted to be with him...im so depressed about this whole situation....

once you corrected the filing fee, your case has resumed, now it'a just a waiting game, VSC was processing applications the fastest, but these past week they have slowed down... average time at the USCIS is 4-6 months, so you still have another one or two months to go...

sorry but you will have to wait you have no choice, we have all had to wait it is not fun and it is stressfull but what choice do we have, nothing can be done until you are over the 6 month mark of waiting
