to fill-out I-130 & include it with I-485 packet?

Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of completing the forms needed for AOS. I am confused; does my husband needed to submit an I-130 form? If yes should I include it in the 1-485 packet together with the I-864? Do we need to pay for this I-130 form aside for the $1010 fee for I-485?

Please shed a light regarding this. Your immediate response will highly be appreciated. Thanks.

If you arrived on a K1 visa and you got married within the 90 days you do not need to complete form I-130. The fee for AOS is $1010.00 and that includes the cost of AOS + EAD + AP.
