Ok, so I received my fiance visa petition approval back in 2004. Life happens, and we never completed the process after the petition was sent to my fiance's embassy. Needless to say, my fiance and I drifted apart for a bit. Well, now we have reconnected, and I have since graduated college and I am very lucky to have a good, stable job in this crappy economy. Of course, I think we are still meant to be together, but how do we go forward? Is it possible to "reinstate" the approval that was already given to us, or do we need to file all over again? Thanks in advance!

wow, it has been 4 or 5 years already, i'm pretty sure your petition has been canceled, voided, nulled, and knowing the US government, probably lost... I think you will have to start over... Good Luck!
