Why I can't log in to USCIS web site anymore?!

I tried to log in to the USCIS web site to check my status online. But it only says this:

- Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.

- Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

What does this mean? I haven't typed User ID and password wrong. And I also tried by changing my password. But still doesn't work. Has someone else having same problems as I am?

if you try numerous times at once i think it shuts down for awhile also i believe it required a name change every so often

Ok. well it has been like that for couple of days already Do you know what does this "Multiple duplicate SRs already exist " mean?

did you try signing up with another e-mail address ? that happened to me and they figured out I had two accounts. They locked me out for a while.

When I couldn't log in using my regular e-mail addy I tried to set an account up with my work e-mail addy.

I am having the same issue.On 27th jan, it said I have an RFE n yesterday when i tried it gave me this error and even today same thing .What do they mean by SRs????Is that service request.I know i have a couple of service request but what the number of service requests has to do with ur login.well its USCIS so i guess every thing is fair n possible .I think i ll give it a couple of days and see if it works fine or make a new login.I was researching online and it seems like a lot of people had this issue yesterday n today.so it might be sumthing with their server

Yeah, that is what I'm wondering too! What the heck is SR... First I thought they have done something to my cases and removed those from the systems Or I have done something terribly wrong. Anyways, let's see if they will fix this problem. It's very hard to get help for this kind of problem through USCIS customer service. I also sent them email about it, but the email came back to me and it said, that they are having way too many emails and can't answer to them all! So no help by doing that then..
