i've been here in the US for more than a month now with my son.My husband is one among those who got laid off and is receiving an unemployment benefits,he's been applying for a lot of jobs and got lots of interviews but got no luck in getting hired.My question is....can we file for AOS even if he has no job?if so,do we need a co sponsor?his 2008 ITR met the 125% above poverty guidelines but got no savings and property.
