hi friends

I have a question and need your openion.

when I submitt my I129F I forgot to include the intent letter .now I recieved the NOA1 with case number .should I send the intent letter with a copy of NOA1 to add it to my case?

instead of waiting for 4 months then they gonna send me RFE for intent letter and we will start over .

what do you suggest guys?

An RFE wouldn't result in you 'having to start over'. If you receive an RFE you send in the documents they require and the petition starts rolling again.

If you send in the documents now there is only a very,very slim chance they would make it into your file.

02/03/2009 Interview - APPROVED!!

02/28/2009 POE Raleigh/Durham

05/02/2009 Official wedding day...get to see the family!

04/11/2009 AOS paperwork sent

04/17/2009 NOA for I-765 & I-131

05/13/2009 Biometrics appointment

05/08/2009 Biometrics done

06/05/2009 EAD & AP approved

06/23/2009 back in the UK

We forgot to enclose our letters of intent to marry also. We were advised not to send them seperately as they are unlikely to be reunited with the original application and to wait to see if they are requested. We have heard nothing so far :whistle:
