who sends the DS-3032?

Hi! just got approved this week and getting all the documents ready for a smooth ride at NVC. I just need some clarification ( please everyone...bear with me :blush: )...about the DS-3032, does my husband need to send it to NVC directly or he can fill it out and send it to me ahead of time and I can mail it whenever they ask for it to be submitted?

Thanks in advance for any info!

The benef fills it out giving control to the petitioner (if thats what you want) due to mail response time usually quicker from US. The benef can download, fill it out, sign and fax then send from within US and they can also do the email at the same time (u need the case number first)

Check the Ling Che shortcuts here on VJ. I believe you can also email the DS 3032 to NVC!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
