I checked online, our payment has been cleared. Do we have to wait for the NVC to contact me before I send the I-864 in? I have the Cover Sheet, but it says wait for NVC to contact me on the State Department website. How long does this normally take? And how will they contact me? Email? Mail? Phone?

As soon as the Payment status is PAID Print the Document coversheet and attach it to your package and send your AOS off...

Per the NVC website, they say not to do this until they inform me to do so.
