In theory you can take a job now however it is up to the employer to re-confirm EAD after the temp EAD expires.

NOTE: K-1 is not a work visa, it is a fiancee visa for entry to the USA and marriage, K-1 is "Work Auth" primarily to be able to get the SSN, some states are strict in their interpretation of a federal law that requires persons applying for a "license" to have SSN, this can cause a problem with marriage license if only one person has SSN and the other (the K-1 holder) does not.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I have got my SSN too and i am married too.

If i dotn get my one year EAd before 7th march ,will my owrkign after that become illegal or can i still work as my application is under process?

I did not understand what u meant by reconfirming EAd?

It ie up to the employer to re-check your employment status after March 7, if you have not been approved for the 1 year EAD card, then you wont be legally able to work.
