Hi Folks, I know most of you have been through it so I would appreciate your help. While I am waiting for I130 to be approved I would like to be prepared for all possible paper work.

My Question is what kind of Affidavid of Support should I prepare. I notice on USCIS website there different kinds of them. Could anyone possible to give me a link or exact name for it.

I-129f petition sent June,13 2004

June,15 NSC got I-129f,

NOA1 -June,23 (10 days)

NOA1 in mail - June,30 (17 days)

NOA2 e-mail notice - 83 days...(Sept,14)

NOA2 in snail mail Sep,18

NVC sent off docs to Moscow - 103days (Oct,4)

Recieved Packet 4 (Oct,19)

Interview in Moscow(Dec,2)

made reservation for 9th of Dec!!!!!

I-751

Took almost a year for the process. GC recieved

N-400

02/07/2008 - N-400 sent to NSC

02/12/2008 - NOA1 recieved

03/05/2008 - Biometrics/Fingerprints in Portland/OR

09/05/2008 - IL

10/21/2008 - Interview - PASSED

11/05/2008 - OATH Ceremony

I-130 for parents

11/10/2008 - I-130 sent

11/14/2008 - receipt from certifed mail

11/21/2008 - NOA1 date (had to call to get case numbers - never got NOA1)

02/17/2009 - NOA2

You will need form # 134. Read the guides & see what you will need. Also you can dowload the packet 3 info form the Embassy web site which will reflect the documents required at the interview.
