Going to school while awaiting AOS and EAD approval.

Hi all,

I am wondering if I am legally allowed to go to school while awaiting my approval of EAD and AOS. I've just spoken with a USCIS officer and he checked twice to make sure that it is okay, but I am looking to see if anyone else out there has heard otherwise, or if you have gone to school with your status pending and still been okay?

Hoping for a solid answer, but anything will help!

It's just a short Dental Hygiene upgrading course...she said I wouldn't be charged out of state fees. It's only a week long course.

Have you heard of others who have gone to school while their status was pending? And everything was fine?

It's just a short Dental Hygiene upgrading course...she said I wouldn't be charged out of state fees. It's only a week long course.
