Hi all, i am aware that EAD processing time is normally 3 months, but i don't know what happened to my application. I filed 1-485(permanent residence), i-765(ead) and for my AP last october 3 (received date) but until now i never receive my EAD yet which i badly need so i can start hunting for a job. I had my biometrics appointment last january 14..and it was approved. What should i do next? enlighten me..Thanks

2007-05-04 : visited to Philippines

2007-05-07 : engaged

2007-05-19 : Phil back to USA

2007-11-03 : sent I-129F

2008-03-11 : I-129F NOA1--touched

2008-13-31 : I-129F NOA2

2008-05-29 : Medical exam

2008-05-29 : apply for Japan pc

2008-06-05 : Interview--got pink and white slip

2008-07-16 : Japan police clearance is ready for pick up

2008-07-21 : pick up police clearance and submit it to USEM

2008-07-28 : got a text message from delbros that visa delivery starts today till the next two days

2008-07-31 : thanks God..visa at hand...yeheeeyyy

2008-08-08 : flight to US...POE SFO

AOS Timeline..

10-03-2008 : send applic

10-07-2008 : recieved notice of action

01-13-2009 : biometrics appointment-done

01-14-2009 : touched

If it's been over 90 days I think you make either a service request or an infopass appt. regarding your situation.

K-1 Visa:

I-129F Sent : 2007-12-13

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-12-19

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-05-02

NVC Received : 2008-05-20

NVC Left : 2008-05-22

Packet 4 Received : 2008-07-28

Interview Date : 2008-08-26

Visa Received : 2008-08-27

US Entry : 2008-08-27

Marriage : 2008-09-04 Yaay!

AOS/EAD Process:

Package Sent: 2008-11-21

Package Received: 2008-11-24

NOA's Notice Date: 2008-12-04 (Day 1)

Cheque Cashed: 2008-12-05 (Day 2)

NOA's Received: 2008-12-08 (Day 5)

Touched: 2008-12-09 (Day 6)

Biometrics Appt: 2009-01-05 Done! (Day 33)

Touched: 2009-01-06 (Day 34)

EAD Approved (Online) 2009-02-02 (Day 61) Card Production Ordered

EAD Touched: 2009-02-03

Interview Letter Received: 2009-02-07

EAD Card Received: 2009-02-12

GC Interview: 2009-03-19 He said we were approved! Got the I-551 stamp in my passport.

Welcome Notice Received, Card Production Ordered: 2009-03-25

Received my GC in the mail: 2009-04-03

Removal of Conditions i-751

Application Sent: 2011-2-28

Biometrics: 2011-3-23

yeah..that is my concern ..its beyond 90 days already..and i never received any mail that they're requesting for more doc or rfe.. anyways thanks candyace for your suggestion..
