My husband already sent to me their docs such as affidavit of support both his & the Co sponsor (his sis), but I'm bit worried, my 19 yo daughter's name,( who i will be bringing in my travel) was not included in our Co sponsor 1-134 affidavit... but in my husband's affidavit she was included. I'm looking forward to my forthcoming interview. Should there be a repercussion to the CO? :hehe::help:

Were there 2 sets of I-134, one set for the K-3, and one set for the K-4? I don't believe one I-134 can be used for 2 visas.

I-134

3. This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:
http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf

The consular officer may deny the K-4's visa due to no sponsor, the K-4 is not listed on the CO sponsor's I-134.

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum.

That's right. An I-134 is needed for each intending immigrant. I put both together with one set of supporting documentation. (employer letter, tax returns etc.)

OH Ok, you mean that my husband has to fill out 2 sets of F 1-134, 1 for me & 1 for my daughter? same thing with our Co-Sponsor? so there should be 4 sets? Am I correct? I just knew this, Thanks YU for the advise.

Going back to my prior statement, our co-sponsor did not fill out my daughter's name in the Item 3 '' Name of Spouse & children accompanying or fallowing to join person''

Yes, your daughter's name needs to appear there. You may simply write it in.

IM sorry but I don't get clear answers, such as:

>Were there 2 sets of I-134, one set for the K-3, and one set for the K-4? I don't believe one I-134 can be used for 2 visas.

>That's right. An I-134 is needed for each intending immigrant. I put both together with one set of supporting documentation..

I am sorry I was confused: As I was saying Husband (principal sponsor) filled one set of 1-134 & have already included my daughters name in the item 3, but Co-sponsor did not write my daughter name(only my name) in the item 3 she filled one set 1-134, I want clarification based on your answers to me: Should my husband & Co-sponsor need to file another(separate) form 1-134 for my daughter(K4), I was asking if there should be 4 sets?

Sorry, but I need confirmation & Thanks
