Is it a rule that petition is touched after it was approved

We sent our petition four months ago. After few days we have been touched and then in the next 4 months our case was waiting for next step. 23th of June we have been touched again it was Friday ( maybe they approved our case ? ) on Monday 26th we have been touched again what happened now? Maybe they touched us after approving our case on Friday ? Can you give me some ideas or maybe someone has similar situation? What are the chances that we have been approved on Friday?

if you are approved they will tell you. don't pay attention to touches. there isn't always an update on the system to tell you updates or approvals
