Just follow the link below to register. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283. *Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov under Case Status and Processing Dates.*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message. sometimes they dont ever register it on email,,good luck

thanks.. what douchebags.. they coulda just as easily approved it LOL

Not really, because all that was done at this point was your envelope was opened, and what you sent was joined with the documents in your file. More than likely this was done by mail room clerks, and not and IO. The adjudicator who your case is assigned to will at some later date look at what you sent and approve your case.

I got an RFE on Jan 02, sent a response back on the same day Jan 02, they received it on Jan 06 and the status on my case online says: "On Jan 06, 2009 we received your response to our request for evidence and case processing has resumed.....you will get written update or decision within 60 days...."

And I am STILL WAITING...I thought RFE's meant sooner approval!

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

the RFE means that now you know everything is correct in the petition and that the petition will be processed within 60 days. This is a good thing. It will probably be a lot less... 60 days or so

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

that makes me so f,,,,,,, mad we sent everything we shouldn have even got the RFE

I know...and it really is frustrating that we aren't approved yet even after they have our RFE response. Whoever our adjudicator is...can't get off his/her lazy a$$. Everyone else that has gotten an RFE from CSC has gotten approved within 2 weeks after they received the response, and I have been waiting more than 2 weeks since they got the response!

My game plan is to wait until Feb 15 (my 180 day= 6 month mark) and then consistently contact the CSC pple and senators/congressmen until they approve me!

Your game plan is not good :(

The 6 month are not your dead line anymore. Your new dead line is 60 days after they recorded your RFE reply, so beginning of march.

So if you call or if the senator calls, the USCIS will say "we said 60 days, don't call before".

*sigh* oh well, so then I should wait patiently until: MARCH 7th...I pray to the Almighty Lord that I get approval way before that!

if you sent all of the required documents, and RFE wouldn't have been issued, but you missed something so they issued an RFC, just take it easy, everything will be fine...
