Hi

Im trying to fill out the I-129F form and here it asks for my fiance's address on Part B number 2 and number 15

My situation is this, my fiancee works overseas but intends to end her contract this August and go home to the Philippines.

Im planning to file the K1 application by end of February and I will put that we will apply the visa in the US embassy in Manila.

But which address should I put on the I-129F form, the overseas address or her address in the Philippines? and is it for both number 2 and 15?

My concern is where they might send packet 3 and 4.

the question is do I put down the beneficiary's current address even if it is overseas?

Or should I use her home country's address where she will be residing before the interview?

you have to write down all the addresses she lived and the most recent is the address the packet will be send. good luck.

The problem with that though is no one will be there anymore to receive the packets if I use her current address.

I read somewhere that after the NVC is sent to the embassy that I could change the beneficiary's address. Is that my best option?

Hello,

Sorry for the delayed response, When you fill out the application form, make sure you put your beneficiary's current address abroad. Once you submit the application and get a confirmation / receipt, you can always call the USCIS to update adresses for you and your beneficiary. Make sure you call them right away though. And don't forget to check your case online as much as possible.
