Hi everybody, I was wondering if anybody knows if is alright to file unemployment while waiting for my husband is trying for a k3 i just lost my job and as he can't work i am not sure what to do anyone have any advice

if you are eligible ... then by all means

Correct, Unemployment is paid out of an insurance policy, and is not a means tested benifit.

Note: You may need to find a joint sponsor to sponsor the K-3 and Green-card.
