Timeline

I applied for my husband whose in pakistan may 2008 for both the i-130 and 1-129f . but i got both approval letters at the same time. now wuts next? im so confused? about how long will the procedure be now? i cant for my husband to come here. i got a 5 month baby. its realli hard. should i go back to pakistan or is it possible that my husband will b here this year? plzz help me.

Hope ur hisband will be able to get here this yr.

But most male from Pakistan, likely stuck with AP for minimum of 2 months to maximum of 8 months or more.

that makes me really sad....i cant believe this is happening to me

Go back to Pakistan, it will be 6 months before you even get approved.

Go back to Pakistan, it will be 6 months before you even get approved.

im already approved. how long does it usually take after the approval?
