Packet 3 help

So literally about an hour ago i received packet 3 through my letterbox by that kind gentleman called the postman.

I just have a quick question in regards to the steps they guide you on doing.

It says in step one to complete the forms and return them completed back to the embassy as soon as possible but in step four it says return the document checklist as soon a syou have all the information needed.

So im asking if you dont have all the documents required, ie. police certificate, affadavit of support, etc should i not return the DS forms without that checklist completed??

Should i send everyting back to them all at once??

It might just be me but its kind of confusing me. Do i complete all the DS forms when i have all my documents in my posession or do i send the Ds forms off as soon as i have completed them then the checklist later?

Any help with regards to packet 3 would be a great help as i can see things progressing really well and i dont want that to change by me messing it all up, thankyou very much for your feedback.

If you want, you can complete the forms and post them to the Embassy and then post them the completed checklist later once you have all the documents you need - the checklist is just there to notify the Embassy that you're ready to interview.

However, I decided to return everything together just to make it simpler. Once I got packet 3 (which got lost in the post I might add and I had to chase for), I sent off for the police certificate, and seeing as my finacee was arriving in a couple of days for a visit, asked her to bring the affadavit of support and the documents that I'd need for the interview (letter from employer, tax returns and wage slips). And so only when I had all that stuff, and only once I was able to complete the checklist, did I return it with the completed forms.
