hi everyone...

i would just like to ask something about the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT...

my fiancee anual income is ok..he meets the requirement but

but he has a loan in the bank about 4000$.. will that be ok????? n

he dont have any savings in th bank... his only property is his care=-) .... do he need to show savings in the bank or like do he needs to own a house??/

if his income meets the requirement then you don't have to show any more information..... the US government only care about meeting the poverty guideline, they don't care about loans, debts, etc...
