Filipina on The World of Filipinas timeline with military expedite. They didn't pay anything at NVC but paid $400 on day of USEM interview at the embassy!

Never paid the $70 either!

They had a senators assistance! Guarenteed they will vote for him in the future!

9/08/08 ----- Submitted I-130

9/16/08 ------ received by chicago lockbox

9/19/08 ----- NOA1(applied military expedite)

10/28/08 ----- touch

11/05/08 ----- approval notice (NOA2 hardcopy)

11/20/08 ----- found out that we have NOA2

11/25/08 ----- MNL case number

11/28/08 ----- mailed DS-3032

12/04/08 ----- received IV fee bill

12/05/08 ----- accepted choice of agent on my b-day

12/12/08 ----- forwarded my case to USEM

01/21-22 ----- medical

01/26/09 ----- interview date(APPROVED)

Congratulations Actually, when I first joined I was seeing approvals through Manila (no expedites) in 4 months. Claudeth's was approved in just a little over 3 months.

actually my first interview appointment was jan. 9 but i re schedule it because i wasn't ready yet...

if i can only vote ill surely vote for senator Demint of SC.. many thanks to him and his immigration staff... they were VERY helpful to us all through out the process!!!!!!!!

We were approved (without expedite) 18 days after filing our I-130 filing and visa approved 134 days after I-130 filing...would've been earlier if it were not for that NBI and having to renew our passports.

But congrats! Sit tight while waiting for your visa. And start packing

Wow that's great to hear! Just found out half an hour ago our I-130 was approved January 30th!

It still says pending online at the case status page and we never received an email about it either.
