I know my fiance has to get notarized an I-134 for me and each of my two kids but..........I've read the instructions from the web site and it says to make duplicate copies of these as well. I'm confused because the instructions we got in Packet 3 doesn't say anything about duplicate copies required. Does he just fill out one for each of us or two for each of us??? Please :help:

The suggestion is most likely advising you to make an extra copy for yourself. I know that my (then) fiancee only provided one original I-134 in London.

It is possible that your consulate has different requirements of course, although from what Packet 3 said, it looks like only 1 original is needed.
