Hi guys!

I`m sorry for my post with so many whys. :mellow:

Actually i`m here today to vent. But it`s how we fell

WHY it hurts so much?

Why is this process so painful?

WHY they don`t care that we are apart? And when we call, we still don`t have any answers. Actually sometimes we are more confused.

WHY they don`t process our petiotions faster? I know it`s a lot of work, so many petitions, but, please, just put more people to work!!!

WHY some people from feb/mar/apr are still waiting for an approval? It scares me...is it going to happen to me? I`m waiting for more than 6 months and can`t stand it anymore.

WHY K3 and CR1 have a longer waiting than K1? Of course i want K1 visas to be approved too. Everybody deserves to be happy ..But, excuse me...there are families apart...pregnant wives....

This is so not fair!!

I`m felling sad lately. But i`ll try to have better thoughts, as everybody need here, specially because SOON we are going to be living with our beloved. (L)

We need NOA 2 to relieve our pain, just like Mamalou said this morning

It`s still tuesday!!! It`s SO GOOD when we see posts APPROVED!!!!! :dance:

I feel your pain. The stress and strain of having to wait is so hard...and its something that won't go away (except for with an NOA2 notice!!). It makes me restless, tired, sad, sick...physically & emotionally sick. Its a struggle. My husband is over 6000 miles away from me and seeing him over the cam and giving him kisses with these stupid little faces :unsure: really sucks! I don't understand why our application got transferred, then touched several times and now nothing. Its so hard to wait with no word at all...and like you said when you call USCIS...you just get the same ####### as the website which takes them forever to update. But all we can do is wait and pray. I know its hard to hear...I hear it everyday. Stay strong...May god bless us all with swift approvals.

I soooooooo understand what you feel. Because I feel the same way too.. The thing is we cannot do anything but to wait. For how long? Only VSC knows. Even if we will call, we could just hear the same old 000201D8.gif

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

It's a process. Answers to "why" questions come from learning the process. You came to the right place. Most of the answers are in the guides.

We all understand, you came to the right place for support and guidance. vent anytime :)

We have our approval and its still very difficult. it will be difficult until we are all reunited. We chose this route, but it doesnt make it any easier (F)

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

You'll be okay! It does get very frustrating, you feel like you're just sitting around waiting, waiting, waiting, and doing more waiting! There is hope. We just entered the NVC process and it's so wonderful to finally be here! On your timeline it'll say something like "You I-130 should be adjudicated by...." and it'll say a date. Those dates usually seem to be correct! Mine definitely were. So you're coming up for approval! Hang in there....you can do it! :)

Submitted I-751: March 4, 2011

Check cashed: March 10, 2011

NOA1: March 8, 2011

Biometrics Appt: April 21, 2011

Early Bio Walk-in: April 7, 2011

Approved: September 7, 2011

It's so good to have the VJ family for suport and share all this. It's great to know that we have a place to talk about this and you really understand. We are all in the same boat!
