Hi,

I have a question that needs your help.

Here is the story.

My grandmother, a USC filed an I-130 petition for my mother and my father and my brothers in 2001. My father does not want to immigrate to the US at this time since he has to take care his 95 years old mother. My parents were divorced on 05/02/2007. We notified CSC and they approved this case on 06/2007 under the section: Unmarried child (F1).

We completed all the paper works with NVC. They transferred this case to the US Consulate on 11/01/2007.

The US Consulate conducted an initial interview on 01/15/2008. After the interview, they requested additional documents to support the relationship between my grandmother and my mother!!! Even though, we submitted lot evidence, they still requested the DNA!!! We did as their request. They acknowledged and confirmed the relationship after they received the DNA test result in 05/2008.

Until now, they have not issued visas to my mother and my brothers. What can I do to get this case approved?

Thank you for your help!
