Help! Planning to travel soon.

Curious about what the steps are to travel abroad after receiving a K-3 Visa.

Have not adjusted status yet.

The K3 Visa is suppose to be good for multiple entries, but we’re curious about the I-94 process. Do we simply present the I-94 Departure Record to the Airline ticketing counter, foreign country emigration or who, what when and where?

When returning, where do we obtain an additional I-94 Entry Record?

Any help appreciated.

  • Applying for US citizenship in 3 years...!!!!!!!!

airline personnel will take

new I-94 is obtained and prepared on the aircraft and presented to the POE officer upon arrival

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
