Ready to file I-130, is my list of materials looking good?

Hi all, I am getting ready to file for my I-130 after doing research on this site.

I am a US citizen and right now my wife and I reside in Canada as permanent residents. I have prepared the relevant documents to submit with my I-130 application, I would like a second pair of eyes from you to make sure I cover everything:

1) Cover letter

2) I-130 form

3) G-325A for myself (sponsor), and G-325A for my wife (beneficiary)

4) Marriage certificate - original and translation

5) My birth certificate - original and translation

6) My naturalization certificate

7) Photographs - one for sponsor and one for petitioner

8) Proof of marriage

- Canadian bank letter saying we have a joint account

- Lease agreement (Canada)

- Joint US tax return 2007, 2008

- Insurance claim (Canada)

- A letter indicating my wife is my 401k's beneficiary (US)

9) Filing fee

Did I cover it all? Should I include photos of us, phone bills when we were not together, emails, chat logs, etc.?

You do not have to send the originals, in fact it's advisable that you only send photocopies of these documents. Also, if you're a naturalized US citizen, you don't have to submit a copy of your birth certificate, only a copy of your naturalization certificate.

Other than that, it looks pretty good.

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

i did and our marriage certificate was a original also any originals u submit you just write a statement saying you want them returned after interview, they gave him back marriage cert and some of the picts (this is at NVC) but i also did in orig app also, pictures, chat, phone all the stuff u mentioned
