I130 over 21 yrs old daughter

My husband and I have green cards and want to sponsor my 32 yr old daughter who currently lives in South Africa. My question is - does anyone have any idea how long this process would take. Question No 2. Can she be in the USA while waiting for approval? Does anyone know of a way to expedite this process. Question No 3. If she is here on a visitors visa can we apply for a work visa while waiting on the I130?

I appreciate any and all help I can get.

As permanent residents, you unmarried daughter will be currently classified Family 2B. Currently F2B is an 8-9 year wait for an available visa number. It will be impossible for her to wait out 8-9 years from within the USA.

No way to jump the line in front of those who are already waiting. Once you become citiizens it is possible to shave 4 years off the process....

No ability to adjust status from inside the USA (no work permit either) from a tourist visa.
