New Posts K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures General Discussion

If you are engaged to a non US Citizen and they want to immigrate and live with you in the USA then this forum is for you. General discussion relating to K2 Visas should also go here.

Subforums: K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Those are really the only divisions of topics concerning the K-1 Visa I see.. I've seen a few messages where people say they are "moving this topic to another thread" or something... and I'm not really sure what they're talking about. It would certainly help me to know if there were more forums that way I could better find answers to the questions I have without having to ask them again in a new topic (the search box at the bottom isn't so helpful all the time)

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures General Discussion:

(basically it's used for questions regarding the i-129 and other documents for submission to uscis for noa1 and noa2, along with any issues that arise from those documents/filing).

only the evil organizers can move threads around... they do this to better fit the topic with the correct forum etc.

Take a tour of the site and search a lot because they have most all questions that can be possibly asked already answered

lol... I wouldn't call them evil!! I just think it would be great if there were more subforum.. as confusing as things can be and as everyone has their own unique situation.. we could probably have a subforum for each form! lol
