I am trying my level best not to be upset but there are times that this whole thing is getting into me. It is not weekend but it seems like i wanna drink and get drunk! 00020285.gif

Yes I got the same thing from them. It is just delay tactics.

But 2 months later we were approved.

There is an email address you can send emails to at the embassy it is on their web site.

I sent an email at least once a day, I think it helped

good luck to you and have patients you are almost there.

Thanks.. I really wish us luck.. Not just us but all the couples who are still waiting for approval.

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)

once you are close to crossing the processing times...contact your local congressman or senator it usually helps....

wrong......once you are PASSED the processing times, contact your local congressman or senator

I agree.. Because USCIS would just say "YOU ARE NOT YET OUT OF PROCESSING TIMES".. 000202EF.gif

am sorry to hear that,but i heard alot from VSC transferred to CSC.

my cousin filled their petition (CR1 visa) last nov 2008 and they were from VSC, and based from what i heard their case is already in CSC.

and alot of touches now.

so.............................i don't know y this things happend to ur case, infact you filled earlier that them.

anyway wish u all the best and luck.....

They are transferring those who did not file K3 to CSC. Our lawyer filed K3 because he thought it would be faster. :) Because of that, we are stuck in VSC. :wacko:
