It was 9 months until the NOA-2 for us, and we've still had BS to deal with at NVC. If we beat the 1-year mark for the visa, it won't be by much. I know it sucks for you, but be strong, there are others who have suffered longer, and just remember, we all hate the system as much (if not more) than you do.

Everyone on the K3 sites at this point should offer a prayer/mojo for Narnia. That girl's an angel, and she and her husband continue to get passed over.

USCIS processing times is not even updated properly. They updated the website this January but the processing dates are as of November 30.. :wacko:

Perhaps you could try? Not sure but maybe it would work. The processing date as of November 30 is April.. It is impossible that the processing date is still the same till this date.

If you are out of the processing times, they will say you are.

am sorry to hear that,but i heard alot from VSC transferred to CSC.

my cousin filled their petition (CR1 visa) last nov 2008 and they were from VSC, and based from what i heard their case is already in CSC.

and alot of touches now.
