Husbie was able to get a hold of USCIS representative after several attempts and as usual she told my husbie whatever it is that we already knew! Useless!!! She even told my husbie that we need to wait for another 94 days because we are not yet out of processing times! 00020309.gif

Hey Wendy, take it from the song '' Its not time to make a change, just relax, take it easy", its just not your time yet . just be happy, I can sense you will be approve sooner than the other.

Husbie was able to get a hold of USCIS representative after several attempts and as usual she told my husbie whatever it is that we already knew! Useless!!! She even told my husbie that we need to wait for another 94 days because we are not yet out of processing times! 00020309.gif

'CaNdiD wiTcH' - we have similar timelines, my hubby called USCIS twice last week and was told pretty much the same useless information :angry:

On the flip side some one from June end got approved yesterday..... :innocent:

*k3 Visa*

08-10-2008: NOA1

03-05-2009: NOA2

05-18-2009: K3 visa approved (Mumbai Consulate)

05-22-2009: POE LAX

*IR Visa*

07-10-2008: NOA1

03-05-2009: NOA2

08-13-2009: IR1 visa approved (Montreal, Canada)

08-15-2009: POE LAX
