does anyone know if we can call the embassy directly to set up an interview for a completed k3 petition or do we have to wait for NVC to schedule the interview.......??

k3 interview dates are schedule by consulate/embassy NOT nvc. You can directly contact consulate/embassy or you can call DOS at 202-663-1225 if you are in US to find out interview date.
