3rd person choice of Agent

Hello.

I am a USC and i ptetitioned for my husband who is a Pakistani citizen. Both of us are currently living together in Pakistan waiting for the immigration process to complete so we can go back to the US together.

I soon will have to send in the DS-3032 choice of agent form to NVC. I wanted to know if we nominated my father, who is a USC living in the US as the choice of agent so he can forward all the documents to us quicker than choosing our Pakistani address for correspondence, would it be a problem? As my father is not the benficiary or petitioner? but he will be the co sponsor.

what would be the time difference in him sending to u or nvc sending to you, as far as the 3032 you can download where you are, have him fill it out and sign, then either send or fax back and have someone here to mail direct to get in quick. Then you can watch your case for times when things are being mailed and you can inturn send back so they pass each other in the mail, and pay online etc you dont HAVe to have anything that will be sent in the mail if you manage it right
