I see that there are couples on VJ and I wondered if they share a computer or if they're both on at the same time.

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

Ok - married to a computer software engineer who taught himself much of what he knows and set up an internal network in our house. We each have our own laptops and sit side by side on our own computers while on line, plus he has two other lap tops, an EEE netbook, his 2 work computers, a desktop and uncountable hard drives, sticks, storage devices and God knows what else - oh, and he also has a computer for his MIDI (former musician). Our front office, the computer room (yes, he has his own room for his computers) and the den are all a mass of electrical cords and surge protectors. They are a frustrating nuisance to vacuum around cause he doesn't want me to move any of them at any time.

At home we have three laptops, one is mine, one is my Dad's and the other one is for family use. Tom has a laptop and desktop.

Just one...PC.

We had a laptop around for over a year when Suj was at his last job, but he had to give it back. :crying: He has a work laptop at the new job but he also has to use it all day at work so he just leaves it there. We might get a laptop eventually.
