My question is regarding the Annual Income portion of the Affidavit of support on the I-134 - Section 7. I make a base salary plus overtime, bonus etc. With the additional monies I almost double my base income. Since I must show tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements etc. I am confused as to which amount to use. If I use my base they will see from the supporting documents that I make significantly more. But at the same time if I use the combined amounts, my job letter from my employer shows my base and the additional income amounts broken out. I don't want them to reject the form based on a technicality and delay the process.

What would you recommend using, base income or combined income and why ?

Your boss can write that in the letter - that your base income is $------ but you have additional income with bonuses, etc. Your pay stubs and tax returns will show this.

I think you should mention it just to clear up any discrepancies in your base pay vs. your W-2s but as long as your base pay is more than the 125% necessary I wouldn't stress about it.
