Should I include 4 passport pics with each copy of the G-325A for both myself and my Fiance or

Yeah, it is true that the G-325A isn't the one that requires the passport photos, but then again if you look at the example forms from this site, and the explanations about how to assemble the packet together, it does state to put the pictures together in a plastic bag, and then attach the plastic bag to a sheet of paper, and then place the sheet of paper behind the corresponding G-325A form. So, I can see how the OP got a bit confused.

So, with this being said, place the pics wherever you see fit. I haven't submitted my forms yet (waiting for a couple of stuff sent from my fiance in the mail), but I will be attaching the pictures to the back of my G-325A forms.
