That is incorrect information:

I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions (spouses of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents is currently processing January 27, 2008 not march.

I would not go by those processing times. This is the first time they have been updated since at least begining of November. If you look at the top left hand corner of the list it gives a date "as of 30th November 2008". Aslo if you look at the VSC Status list here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;qpid=2599386 you can see that some of the people that have applied in Feb and March of 2008 have been approved. The Status list will give a far more accurate time frame and approval times.

no that s absolutly a 100% correct they are working on feb/march 2008 cases most of people who filed in feb got approved so they are working on march now .some people already got approved filed in march/11/2008 so good luck to all of us

There are still applicants from December and January waiting for approval. I filed last February and I am still waiting for my approval. I think you need to state that there is a spread of dates from December to early March that they are currently working on rather than saying they are working on March cases.

after biometrics you wait:-). If you need an interview you will receive a letter advising you of the date, time and location. It is more likely that you will just receive an approval - or an RFE if they want more evidence. The RFE will probably come around the same time you might expect an approval, unfortunately.
