We got an email today from CRIS as follows

The last processing action taken on your case Receipt Number:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered. On January 26, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. Does this mean we were approved without going to an Interview? Card production ordered means it is on it's way?

Jun 27 - NOA2 by the mailbox!!! (found out that d 2nd touch was d approval..sweet!)

Jul 3 - NVC sent letter to petitioner

Jul 15 - confirmation letter received (tnk u my dear DHL)

Jul 17- 1st day - medical exam SLEC (on hold and waiting for it to be done successfully) July 31- PASSED!

Aug 28 - USEM interview date! (eto' na!) - PASSED - PINK SLIP ONLY!

Sept 26 - PAL departure - MNL-LAX

NOV 23 - Church wedding

Jan 30 2009 - AOS with EAD and AP submitted to Chi, IL

did you do something special to skip the interview? i mean, your package must have been perfect so they dont ask you any further information. what kind of evidence of bona fide marriage did you give them?

AOS Cases that are transferred to CSC usually (there are some exceptions) get no interview to get a conditional green card

But, here's the weird part: :blink:

as I was pregnant when I filed for AOS I wasn't able to get all the required vaccinations.

So I sent out my package on its merry way anyway, w/o the vaccination supplement and was expecting a nice RFE.

Now I get this email. Ok, no interview. But : no RFE due to missing vaccination supplement?!? :unsure: How can that be?

07-25-07 petition sent

08-07-07 NOA1

01-23-08 NOA2, 182 days after filing

02-11-08 medical

03-04-08 interview in Frankfurt---approved!

03-11-8 Visa in hand --- what a heck of a procedure for this little sticker ;-)

06-16-08 flight to IAD

07-11-08 Wedding in Santa Barbara, CA

08-07-8 AOS package sent

08-10-08 AOS package delivered to Chicago lockbox

08-14-08 check cashed

08-13-08 NOA1 for EAD,AP,AOS
