anyone had any luck with emailing the DS3032

hi everyone, we tried to email the DS3032 4times now ,using 3 different accounts but we didnt even get the automatic respond, is it normal ???? or shall we keep emailing it until we get it ????thanks

Well from what i learnt , is that you could get an immediate response of it could take a few day and as much a a few weeks it depends but it do work i did mine like that and the accepted it

dont wait for the email response it is very slow, get the benef. to download, fill out, sign and fax to you. Take that fax and send to NVC it will go thru quicker

I emailed the DS-3032 and about 7-8 days later I got a response. Actually just yesterday! I wouldn't send it again, but just wait. Did you MAIL it out as well? That's what we did.

The first DS3032 email i sent them I got a reply after 4 working days and got it few hours before DS3032 was generated and guess what they asked me send it again and i did it. Next DS3032 email sent NVC, I got reply after 6 working days stating that my choice of agent request has been accepted.

They reply to every single mail we send to them, even about many other questions and doubts we have we emailed them and reply for all them but you have to follow a proper way to send the email.

Subject should be your Case No. and name

and then start with .....

NVC Case No:

CIS Case No:

Petitioner's Name:

Petitioner's Date of Birth:

Beneficiary's Name:

Beneficiary's Date of Birth:

Sub:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC is unable to update the Agent of Choice selection as the form

DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) has not yet been issued on this case. Please

resubmit your inquiry and reaffirm the beneficiary's choice of agent

selection.

I email them again and this is the reply after 6 working days from NVC....

Dear Sir,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

my advice is to email them DS-3032 after 4 or 5 working days form the date they give you the case No. so by the time they receive your email they generate the DS-3032

It has been more than 3 weeks already~ my husband called NVC and was told they got no email from me...is it possible since i send it and got auto response?! Oh please am desperate already. Pretty2009,

You can email DS-3032 to NVC and also after emailing the DS-3032 form you can take the print out of the email and write the NVC Case number on the top of the page and them snail mail to NVC. I did the same and also lot of others did the same too........

I told my husband to email the DS 3032.Now i have one more question today i saw that my AOS got paid and i just print a copy of the receipt.So next step i have to fill the AOs form and along with they need my job letter and tax return rt?If my income is not enough,so that i can get my dadz support rt??No idea...sorry..
