This isn't so much a plea for information as it is a sharing of a method; one that has at least helped me a tiny, yet measurable amount during this time of dread known as the Waiting Time...

crack an ice cold lager (if your customs/beliefs permit, or do whatever you need to do to adjust your mental state...) and listen to the song Babylon System, by the wise and talented Robert Nesta Marley. It helps ease my sufferage (at least for 4:20 minutes anyway). and that is the actual time by the way, for those of you who are chuckling right now...

that's just my humble opinion and i hope it helps at least one or two of you...
