my husband filled out the i-864 EZ and had it notarized and mailed to me.

my interview is in 2 weeks.

the problem is he has listed his 3 most recent tax years as 2007. 2006 and 2005.

since having the affidavit notarized and sent to me he has filed his 2008 taxes.

should i take the affidavit as it is and just take the w2's and 1040's from 2008 extra? we dont have time to send back the affidavit to be redone.

Have him fax or scan the 2008 return and W2s to you and take them to the interview with you.
