Actually that is 10,000 files per week for the next 8 weeks - for 80,000 files in total.

That's amazing. Are those all I-751 cases? I am surprised there aren't more people on these forums if they are dealing with such large number of cases.

Initially I had hopes that this would increase VSC processing time but since the files they shipped to CSC had not been touched yet I am targetting approval in the 10-11 month range.

I think it will gradually improve.

They transferred June08 RD cases already, they will probably transfer July and August and maybe more soon.

That means that as soon as VSC is done with May08 RD cases they can jump to September (or October or November, depending on how many months they will transfer to CSC).

I'd like to see how long the cases transfered to CSC will take to be approved (they have the highest priority, since CSC is processing Dec08 cases).

I got my approval this morning. I filed back at the beginning of March last year. Good luck to those that are still waiting, I am sure that you will hear something soon
