So, here's what I plan to send along with our I-751. I'm still gathering some of this together, but we should definitely have at least what is listed. Unfortunately we don't really have much -more- than this, so I'm hoping that it's enough and want some input from everyone to see if they think it's okay. (Note: This doesn't include the 'common' things requested already such as copy of greencard, payment, etc.)

- Proof of joint living arrangements:

- Affidavit from my mother (landlord) stating living arrangements

- School bills in husband's name to address

- Phone and cable bill in wife's name to address

- Proof of joint finances:

- Joint checking/savings account statement

- Joint CD statements (x2)

- Joint credit cards

- Statement from health insurance showing husband as beneficiary

- Statement from dental insurance showing husband as beneficiary

- Statement from life insurance showing husband as beneficiary

- Beneficiary statement form from work 401k

- Beneficiary statement form for work benefits

- Tax transcript for 2007

- Tax copy for 2008

- Other:

- Itinerary/Ticket stubs/passport stamps for trip to the Netherlands

- Photographs of various events covering the time from June 2006-current

- Affidavits from my childhood friend, and best friend about the relationship

- Christmas, birthday, anniversary cards
