Jen knowing VSC and seeing the trends ( which make absolute no sense) you might get approved before your expedite request gets approved. :devil:

I am also with you guys about VSC... what the hell... #######...?

I also tried to expedite and they never get back to me. After 2 months I called them and aksed for it, but Rep. didn't know anything first time than she said it has been denied... I don't know ####### they are doing and approval for people who should be after us.

It is kind of very very stressful...

Well I emailed the lady at the congressman's office (different lady). I also asked her to confirm if she got my email (as the last time they said they didn't get it). She sent me an email that said, "Yes darlin' I got it"

We'll see what she can find out. At this point, I just asked her to make sure they didn't lose the unlucky application and to find out if they have even assigned it to anyone yet.

I asked my husband about houses in the Netherlands. If I have to live there, I refuse to live in an apartment! I told him to start looking into it. One of his friends has a really nice house, pretty far away from where we live. The only way to have a house is outside the city. I was thinking maybe we can relocate to where his friend lives It's on the border of Belgium. I wish we could just live in Belgium where speaking French would suffice. I used to be pretty good in French. I know if I move there I will pick it up again quickly. That would help adjusting ALOT, if I could speak the language of the land!

I don't understand what is going on. I thought about the VSC reading the posts here but that is really reaching.... LOL !

For me, moving to Costa Rica isn't even an option. I dont' even care that I can't speak spanish. I would pick it up eventually. But I am stuck here.

Pandit, Can I ask what your reason was for expediting? I need to understand how they are thinking over there. Why the hell did they deny you?

I was told my file is being processed. Whatever the heck that means. But I just couldn't pull myself to call them today. I wasn't in the mood for BS.

Right now my main concern is the fact that I didn't hear form my hubby yet today. Its pretty safe to say I am close to freaking out. I am so worried about him

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

Well...U better not ask the USCIS policy of approvals...rather u better vent ur agony and sadness here...u will find ppl with august/september filers who got approvals on the other hand march/april are even leftover...there are few lucky ppl who gets their approval compartavely on time, but not much before of due time...

If u r a new comer, VJ timeline is a good factor to measure ur timeline...

I am about to try my luck with the USCIS this morning. MAYBE I'll be lucky enough to get someone who is enjoying their coffee and hasn't had a chance to be in a bad mood yet.

We woke up to snow this morning in the suburbs of Philly. The storm was wide spread... I hope it didn't get up as far as Vermont. They all need to be at work today !!!

Spoke to my hubby for about 3 minutes last night. He gave me a number to call him back but the public phone doesn't accept international calls. WOW, I was PISSED !! :diablo::diablo::diablo::diablo::diablo::girlwerewolf2xn::girlwerewolf2xn::girlwerewolf2xn:
