i just realized its been 144 days since we got our NOA1 for 130 and 115 days since we got our NOA1 for 129f waahhhh how long does to wait?

i did try to look my case online still pending the last time it was touched was oct 21.. what d heck its already jan 26 we still havent heard from them any one here fill out same with my time line? do u think guys this is the time we need to write a letter to the senator i am just wondering since my husband dont know nothing about visa thats why im the one seeking infos.. and who u think best senator we can write to seek help and do u have their address??

any post response will help.. thank u guys!!!

Waiting sucks & Vermont is slow, but traditionally it's the fastest processing center (kinda like the winner of the Special Olympics). If you hit 6 months and 1 day bug the bejesus out of them until they get off their fat butts & process your petition. Good luck!

I got an Automatic email for the I-129F

Got so excited started to shake called husband and he asked and the i-130

I said ooops

Don't know

Check email no I-130

so called USCIS Robot system and it was in the system you got approved

about 30 min later the 130 shows up in my inbox

the 129F got send 2x before i got the i-130

and online my status also already changed
