Processing time versus approval for K 3 visa

Hi all,

I wanted to know for those of you who were already approved for your K 3 visas, which comes first: the processing time reaching ur turn or the approval?

Our NOA1 for I 129F is dated July 31,2008. It's been 6 mons and we have yet to hear anything or get our approval. The current processing times at the Vermont office is April 15, 2008 for K3, which means there are still 3 1/2 more months away from our application. So does that mean I might not get approved for another 3 mons or is it possible I might get approval prior to that?

Confused and desperately waitinggggggggg...please help !

Hopefully yours is soon. One thing your forgetting at when you look at the USCIS web site. The date that your currently look at is from the middle of Nov. So they should be 2.5 months further along. Thus July.

I Have 250 days since NOA1 tomorrow

9 months plus since we started

And still NO F* Approval

dale_trisha thanks for your response :-) Arubadolphin, my thoughts and prayers are with u..I know how hard this is!! I have only been waiting 6 mons. You have been waiting 9+. I definitely feel your pain!
