Hi all,

We are self-gen-ing, and we are almost ready to send in the 1-864 package. I have one hopefully simple question, someone can hopefully help me out.

As we are using James' shortcuts, I need a copy of the I-864 coversheet. The link no longer works, following the upgrade of the servers. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Hover your mouse over the link. Right click and select "copy link location". Paste link into web browser, change forums to forums2. Then the downloads will work. I've done it for you with the link below.
