July 6 Sad day!! craig flight going back

July 15 K1 visa starts..send the petition CSC

July 24 check cash

July 25 Got our NOA1 hard copy.. yay!!

July 28 touch

Nov 9-14 Second visit..

Nov. 26 Approve online

Dec 2 case forward to USEM

Dec 3 got the NVC letter

Dec 18,22 Medical Exam.. PASSED!

Jan.13 Interview... PASSED!

Jan 15 Visa on hand!! soooooooo happy

Feb 5 Flight.....philippine time

Feb 5 Thanks God....wer happy together forever..

Feb 21....2009 Wedding

April, 2 2009 Applied AOS

April 28, Biometrics

Hello VJ family.. here i am again. Need help guys.... what is the first thing to do?

Pay the visa fee at BDO

Medical at SLMC

Interview

Am i correct?

When I had my interview, I had medical first, paid visa fee, then had interview.. before it was ok to pay visa fee after having medical just as long as it will be before interview. It was even ok to pay visa fee just a day before interview.. I don't know if the rules have changed. A lot have changed since May 2008. I just checked USEM website and BPI is not included in the designated bank now, DELBROS is not the USEM courier not but Air21 (I hope they are better and faster).

Well, good luck on your medical and interview. May you have the visa and be united with your love one soonest. God bless. :thumbs:

07/05/2012...... Interview Letter Received

08/07/2012...... Interview (PASSED)

Thank you guys for all your answers. I payed already the visaa fee at BDO but the form DS-157 they have given me expired last 2008. Is it still valid?

They would usually accept the latest expired form, bring 2 extra pre-filled copies of the latest DS-157 just in case and then you can use the BDO 157 form simply as proof that you have paid. (fill it out by hand) Hand all three copies of forms 157 to the prescreener at the embassy and let them decide which 2 copies to take.
