Hello, I filed for the petition in early Nov 2008, and received the NOA (I-797) after two weeks on Nov 20th, 2008. I haven't received the biometrics appointment letter for finger printing yet. Should I be worried? Should I call the VSC, or make an infopass appointment? I live in New Jersey. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Sent I-129F on 12/08/2005

Received Packet in Vermont center on 12/09/2005

Received I-797C, Notice of Action (First letter) on 12/17/2005.

i dont know...but i heard from a friend just today that their is a friend who had to apply again, even after getting the biometrics done and everything.......and had to go through the whole process after waiting for 1 yr...........so my suggestion is that....just call the USCIS and if they dont give you satisfactory reply .......its better to make an infopass....better ltl trouble now that big troubles later.......human beings does the whole processing and work in USCIS and they can make mistakes.....they deal with thousands of cases......but we just have one case with them ....so better to make sure everything going ok..
